Use combo mode for large cuts of pork and beef. It cold smokes first, then cooks with hot smoke for maximum smoky flavor.
The included metal rack is adjustable for smoking one to three tiers of food simultaneously. The tempered glass lid is integrated with a gasket seal and a patented Set & Forget® temperature probe to continually monitor internal food temperature as food slow cooks or smokes. The smoking chamber is easy to load with wood chips (not included). The included 16 oz. Party Dipper is the small food warmer that's perfect for cheese, dips and sauces.

Easy to use
The digital controls are simple to use. Choose from 3 smoke settings or slow cook your meal on Low or High. Just set the timer, and the slow cooker automatically switches to Warm when cooking is complete, or it turns off when cold smoking.
