Weston Patty Paper is restaurant-grade, wax-infused paper designed to separate hamburger and other ground meat patties for storing and freezing. The paper makes it easier to separate frozen patties and helps to prevent them from sticking together when freezing. The patty paper is compatible with many burger presses, including the Weston Single Burger Press 07-0301 (sold separately), the Weston Burger Press with Patty Ejector 07-0310-W (sold separately), and the Weston Double Burger Press 07-0701 (also sold separately).

In addition to storing burger patties, the patty paper is perfect for separating slices of cheese, cold cuts, steaks and other meats when using a meat slicer. It can also be used for separating baked goods like cookies for storing. This restaurant-grade paper is durable, and it's wax-infused to help prevent sticking. The included box dispenses the patty paper and also doubles as a container for storing the unused sheets to keep them clean and orderly.
